What Is Inside the Jar: Every Ingredient in My Pain Relief Salve

I make everything myself in small batches here in Michigan, and people ask me all the time what is actually in the salve. Here is the full list, nothing hidden.

The base: Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Aloe Vera, and Yellow Beeswax. This is what gives the salve its smooth texture and helps it glide onto your skin. Beeswax also holds everything together so a little goes a long way.

The botanicals: Arnica and Turmeric are the heart of it. Then Peppermint and Lavender for that soothing, calming feel. Black Seed Oil and Black Pepper round it out. Black pepper is the secret weapon I wrote about before. Its natural compound piperine brings a gentle warmth and teams up with turmeric so your body gets more of the good stuff.

Then there is a deeper bench I draw from depending on the batch: Vetiver, Camphor, Lemon Eucalyptus, Capsicum, and Spikenard. Each one was chosen for a reason, and each one earned its place.

And yes, Wintergreen gets its own mention. It is the cooling hero in our Cooling Wintergreen salve. That is the one people reach for after activity or for stubborn soreness, while the Original keeps the same base without the cooling sensation.

Every batch gets my Pranic Healing Energy before it goes out the door. That is my process, and it matters to me.

No chemicals you cannot pronounce. No mystery ingredients. Just plants, oils, and care.

Soothe. Nourish. Thrive.
