What is Pranic Healing, in plain words

When people pick up one of my jars and read the label, they sometimes ask me about a line I include on some of my products.

It says the product was infused with Pranic Healing Energy.

They want to know what that means. Fair question. Here is my plain words answer.

Pranic Healing is a no touch energy healing practice. It was developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, who studied energy traditions from around the world and organized them into a system anyone could learn.

The basic idea is simple. Every person has an energy body around the physical body. Think of it like a field of energy that runs alongside everything your body does. When that energy flows well, the body feels more balanced. When it gets stuck or depleted, the body feels more tired, heavy, or uncomfortable.

A Pranic Healer works with that energy field, cleansing areas where the energy feels congested and energizing areas that feel low.

Now, here is the part I want to be clear about. I have lived with serious medical conditions my whole life. I was born with Arthrogryposis and Prune Belly Syndrome, two very rare medical conditions. I have had more surgeries than I can count. I value my doctors and my medical care deeply. Pranic Healing does not replace any of that. It sits alongside it. It is my personal practice, my perspective, and one of the ways I take care of myself.

I became a Pranic Healer because I wanted to understand the energy side of what I feel in my body. I was born with Arthrogryposis so my joints have hurt my whole life. The pain gets worse on days I push too hard or move too much. Learning to work with energy gave me one more tool in my own daily routine. Then I started sharing it with others.

Every batch of salve I make gets this energy before it goes out the door. Here is what that looks like. I sit with the finished jars, and I use Pranic Healing techniques to cleanse and energize each one. I set the intention that the salve will support comfort and bring relief to whoever uses it. It is a quiet ritual, and I do it for every single batch, because it matters to me that what leaves my kitchen carries more than ingredients. It carries care.

The salves themselves do the physical work. Shea butter, jojoba oil, aloe, arnica, turmeric, black seed oil, wintergreen, and the rest of the botanicals are there to soothe and support comfort. Many customers tell me the salves help them feel more at ease after long days, tough workouts, or mornings when their joints feel stiff. The energy infusion is my personal layer on top of all of that. It is how I pour my practice into my business.

If you are curious about Pranic Healing, I am always happy to talk about it. You do not need to know a thing about energy work to use the salve. Just know that someone with tired joints made it with care, and that someone believes in supporting comfort in every way he knows how.

If you want to try the salve for yourself, start with the one most people reach for first. The Alora Grove Pain Relief Salve is the product I made because I needed real relief, and it is still the one I use every day.

Soothe. Nourish. Thrive.
